The Company will not publicly disclose private Content as external advertising material without the User's explicit consent. 6. Where required by applicable law, reports from rights holders, requests from investigative or administrative agencies, service security, protection of minors, or operational necessity, the Company may take measures such as restricting the display of, deleting, or blocking access to Content, suspending backups, or restricting accounts. Article 9 (Media, Backup, and Data Retention) 1. The Service does not guarantee the preservation of original photos and videos, lossless storage, permanent storage, maintenance of a specific quality, or recovery to a specific point in time. 2. The Company may compress, resize, encode, generate thumbnails for, and perform CDN conversion of images and videos according to transmission efficiency, cost, device compatibility, and operational policies. 3. Media display quality, download quality, allowable upload period, video length, storage capacity, and processing speed apply equally to all Users, and may change according to the Company's operational policies and technical environment. 4. Users are responsible for separately backing up important Content. 5. The Company takes reasonable protective measures to provide a stable service but is not responsible for data loss caused by reasons not attributable to the Company, such as User negligence, third-party service failures, communication failures, force majeure, permission setting errors, or device problems. AI Features are supplementary features intended to assist User convenience and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, suitability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of their results. 2. Captions, tags, classifications, search results, recommendations, and summaries generated by AI may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and Users must verify them themselves before making important decisions. 3. Users must not use AI results as the sole basis for decisions in areas requiring professional judgment, such as medical, legal, financial, safety, or child-protection matters. 4. For AI processing, Content and related metadata may be processed within the Company's systems or external processing environments, and the specific handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. Article 11 (Advertising and Promotions) 1. The Company may display its own advertisements, partner advertisements, sponsored content, or advertisements through third-party ad networks within the Service, in order to operate the Service, provide free features, introduce new features, and generate partnership revenue. 2. The placement, format, frequency, targeting, and display of advertisements may vary according to a User's settings, legally required consent, and the Service's operational policies. 3. The Company may process advertising identifiers, device information, service usage records, and ad impression/click/conversion records for personalized advertising or ad performance measurement, within the scope permitted by law and User consent. The specific handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. 4. Users may restrict the receipt of personalized advertising or the use of advertising identifiers through device settings, app settings, or methods provided by the Company. However, even in such cases, non-personalized advertisements or announcements necessary for service operation may still be displayed. 5. The terms and policies of the relevant third party may apply to advertisements, promotions, external links, products, or services provided by third parties, and the Company is not responsible for the acts or offerings of third parties, except where liability is recognized under applicable law. Article 12 (Integration with External Services) 1. The Service may use or integrate with external systems or services necessary for service provision, such as authentication, media storage/transmission, AI processing, app marketplaces, push notifications, and ad delivery and measurement. 2. Parts of the Service may be restricted for reasons beyond the Company's control, such as failures, policy changes, fee changes, API restrictions, security incidents, review delays, or account sanctions of external systems or services. 3. The Company may temporarily suspend use of the Service for regular or ad hoc maintenance, updates, incident response, security patches, infrastructure migration, and the like. 3. For foreseeable suspensions, the Company will endeavor to give advance notice. However, in unavoidable cases such as urgent failures, security incidents, third-party service failures, or force majeure, notice may be given afterward. Article 14 (Restriction of Use and Termination of the Agreement) 1. If a User violates these Terms, operational policies, or applicable laws, or there is a concern of such violation, the Company may, after prior notice, restrict use, delete Content, restrict Group access, suspend the account, or terminate the agreement. 2. In cases of urgent infringement of rights, illegal Content, security risks, protection of minors, requests from investigative agencies, or impairment of service stability, the Company may take necessary measures without prior notice. 3. A User may request deletion of their account at any time in accordance with the procedures provided by the Company. 4. Even after termination of the agreement, information necessary for settlement, dispute response, protection of rights, statutory retention obligations, and prevention of improper use may be retained in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. Article 15 (Long-Term Inactive Accounts and Data Cleanup) 1. The Company may clean up accounts that have not used the Service for a long period in order to protect personal information, reduce security risks, manage storage space, and maintain service quality. 2. If a Member has not used the Service for one year from the most recent of their last login, app launch, web access, or other service usage record recognized by the Company, the Company may classify that account as a long-term inactive account. 3. Before deleting or deactivating a long-term inactive account, or destroying, separately storing, or anonymizing its personal information or Content, the Company will endeavor to provide notice at least 30 days in advance by available means such as email, in-app notification, push notification, or in-service announcement. 4. If, within the notice period, the Member logs in or expresses their intent to continue use in a manner designated by the Company, the account may be excluded from the account and data cleanup. 5. If, after the notice period, there is no expression of intent to use, the Company may delete or irreversibly anonymize all or part of the service usage data, including the account, Group participation information, photos, videos, posts, schedules, comments, reactions, and settings. 6. Information that must be retained under applicable laws, such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, and the Personal Information Protection Act, will be stored separately from other information for the retention period prescribed by such laws, and will be destroyed without delay once the retention period ends. 7. Due to the integrity of shared Groups, other members' usage history, dispute response, protection of rights, and technical limitations of backup systems, some Content displays, logs, or copies may remain for a limited period, in which case the Company will handle them in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. Article 16 (Disclaimer) 1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not warrant that the Service is provided uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. 2. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, legality, or usefulness of Content posted or shared on the Service by Users or third parties. 4. With respect to services or features provided free of charge, the Company bears no liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. Article 17 (Damages and Limitation of Liability) 1. If a User causes damage to the Company or a third party by violating these Terms or applicable laws, the User must compensate for such damage. 2. Where the Company bears liability for damages to a User, the Company's liability is limited to ordinary damages directly incurred by the User due to the Company's intent or negligence. 3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost business, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or data loss, even if the Company was aware of the possibility of their occurrence. 4. Because the Service is provided to Users free of charge, the Company's liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, this excludes damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence. Article 18 (Reporting and Notification of Rights Infringement) 1. Users may report to the Company Content suspected of infringing rights, such as copyrights, portrait rights, personal information, or defamation. 2. Article 19 (Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users) 1. The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate or objectionable content (hereinafter "Objectionable Content")—such as pornography, child or adolescent sexual exploitation material, violent, hateful, or discriminatory expression, harassment, threats, stalking, illegally filmed material, and content that encourages self-harm or crime—and toward abusive users who post such content or harass others. 2. If a User considers any content or another user within the Service to be objectionable, the User may report that content or user through the reporting feature provided by the Company. 3. Upon receiving a report of Objectionable Content, the Company will review the content within 24 hours of receipt, take necessary measures such as deletion or restriction of its display, and apply appropriate sanctions—such as suspension of use or termination of the agreement—against the User who posted the content. 4. Users may block the content and interactions of a specific user through the blocking feature provided by the Service, and the activity of a blocked user will not be shown to the User who set up the block. 5.
